My other question is....if i constantly close my eyes at night and picture the same.place where i want to be in a LD do you think ill eventually dream of that place? Thanx =)

ADA is a hardcore way to try to have lucid dreams! In my opinion at least. So much effort!
It's a very rewarding practice both inside and outside of lucid dreaming as well though.
You could try pretending that you're in a dream and you just realized it's a dream, then do a reality check and pretend that it's really a lucid dream. Then you could go about being aware and enjoying your beautiful, wonderful, dream world!

Yeah, that's a great way to incubate. Another thing that I like to do is to write down the place that I want to visit at least three times, describing it and visualizing/feeling myself being in that place while I write it down. I do that multiple times, as many times as it feels right, then I go to bed and that usually works pretty well for me.

I hope that you have some fantastic lucid dreams soon!
