      Alarm Clock

I always find myself setting my alarm clock before I goto bed. Resulting in alot of either false awakenings with my alarm clock or dreams with my alarm. I haven't tried this yet but I it's a suggestion.

If you are constantly setting you alarm clock before bed at night this might work for you.

Simply do a reality check everytime you see or think of your alarm clock. The most common thing for me is, I awake (in a dream) because I forgot to set it and I reset it then go back to bed. If I had simply done a RT I would have become lucid. Just a suggestion..... feedback?

Why sleep when you can dream?

Good suggestion for those who have repeated dreams of doing some action. Get into the habit of always doing a reality check when you do it in waking life, then you'll probably soon find yourself asking the same question in your dream.

I do set my alarm clock every night, but have never dreamed about it.

On the topic of alarm clocks, I always wake up 10 minutes before my alarm clock is supposed to go off. Even if I've gotten 6 hours sleep, 8, or 10! It's probably because I hat the buzzing sound so much. I just turn off the timer and spend that extra 10 minutes writting down my dreams for that night.

Sometimes I put my alarm clock to go after 5 hours put then I change the minute but don't look at what minute it is. I don't know why, im weird. Maybe that will work for you.

Its vivid dream. Thats like a awesome dream where lots of diffrent stuff hapens.

Reality Check is something you do to see if you dreaming. Ex: Holding you nose and seeing if you can still breathe.

Hey, this guy's from Ottawa! Sorry, just had to point it out.

I don't have false awakenings much, and the ones I remember I don't recall an alarm... I do set an alarm every night, but I think I usually wake up just before it anyways...
