I am new here, and am still a little lost. I can remmebr all my dreams almost perfectly, and have been writign them down for about a week. But, I still am having problems actually attaining a lucid dream. |

I can not answer your first question because I'm not familliar with MILD. But to answer your second question about dismissing obvious dream signs, you just need to practice. This is probably best done by stopping a few times everyday and taking a really good look at your surroundings, especially in familliar places. By doing this you are more likely to notice the obvious weird stuff while dreaming (there is almost always something weird with your surrounding area in dreams.) I'm sure the first few times will not work, but after a while you will start to notice things that you would have otherwise dismissed while dreaming. |

1- When doing anything like 'MILD' the primary thing you have to understand is to not mindlessly spam yourself with the words 'I will become lucid'. It doesn't matter if you say it out loud orjust think about it, thing you do gotta know is that it isn't a magic spell |
