Well recently I have been paying more attention to what I think of before I go to sleep and I guess have mini dreams which normally correspond to something I was thinking baout earlier in the day or something I did earlier.

So how do I trigger sleep paralysis with this?

I normally wake up, go to school, come home, get on the computer , maybe play a game, watch tv, do homework and fall asleep.

I would have to say that I use logic in every day life more than most people.
