      As for tips:
      1) dont expect it to happen in the first night ( it took over 4 months for me to get my first real full scale LD)
      2) buy a LD manual - like "exploring the world of lucid dreaming", by Stephen LaBerge.
      3) well, that's well known - improve your dream recall.
      4) try waking up about 4 times each night, for maximum dream recall and 4x more attempts at LD
      5) read and explore this forums.
      6) dont give up if you will have no LD's after a month. It takes time, but outcome = pocket universe, where you are a GOD. nice prize, heh?

Many of the other members have said to lay on your back while you go to sleep, but don't give up hope on the other positions. Out of the two (partial) LD's that I have had, during both I remember going to sleep on my stomach with my arms under my chest. I am not sure if anyone else has tried (or will try this), but if you do, tell me if it worked for you too. So until then, this is the dingleberry signing out.
