      the light switch thing i think works for me??

      in the morning my mom comes in and turns on my lights when im sleeping and i seem toawake and start to have lucid dreams like i go back into my dream and i can barely explain it. do u think that the light switch is a good idea.

      Indeed it might. But I am not sure when light is good. But seeing that light can wake you up it can allso wake you up a bit, so you are more concious... If I were a great luciddreamer I would do some research or something <=/
