Just keep with doing RCs, dont just do them, but take a minute out of every hour to really consider wether you are awake or not

Keep a journal in the morning, even if you only remember fragments of dreams. In the evening or at night when you go to bed, write down your dreams again without looking what you've previously written down earlier that day. Compare the two and see how close your second writings are to your first. Over a few weeks, this should improve your re-call and dream memory. With good re-call comes lucid dreams. I can rarely do WILDs, I my self think WILDs are a pretty advanced method of lucid dreaming. When I first started out I did plenty of Wake Back To Bed WBTB, check the sites tutorials if you are not sure what that is. When you go back to sleep it is much easier to remember your dreams because your REM states are lengthy. WBTB doesn't go well though with people who have work or school in the morning, but this can easily be overcome by skipping your late night movie etc. and going to bed 2 hours earlier than you usually would. Good luck. George.
