Everything goes dark once I become lucid.

      Please help me.

When I become lucid, I cant see anything. Everything become dark and black and after sometime I can feel my body in sleep paralysis. After sometime I again goes back to usual dreams(non lucid).

I tried many techniques like opening the eye, spinning etc... But nothing seems to work.

And one question "Can you feel your physical body when you are lucid dreaming?"

I goes lucid almost everynight nowadays. I dont need to do any reality check in my dreams. Just thinking about reality checks makes me lucid. Please help me so that I can enjoy lucid dreaming.

Hm, seems you're rather unusual if you've picked up the ability to lucid dream so often so quick. And you have an unusual problem as well. What I'd try is tricking your mind. Think things like "Why is it dark? Oh yeah, there was a power outage, that should be fixed any minute now and the lights should come back on." Maybe your dream will fall for it, who knows?

And I know I can't feel my physical body.

I think you just wake up (partially) or something... Don't know how to fight that. <=/ Maybe say to yourself: I will have a Lucid Dream and I will not see blackcrappystuff.

i had this problem at first. after awhile i had the idea that the next time i became lucid within blackness, i would assume that i was wearing pants (or a top with pockets), and reach inside, where i would find a lighter i could use for light.

sure enough, a few days later i had another 'black' LD. i remembered my plan, reached into my pocket, and sure enough, a lighter! i lit it, and the scene quickly lit up just in time for me to see two figures walking towards me.

of course, they were cops, and they handcuffed me ( i couldn't break the bonds no matter how hard i willed), but it solved the lighting problem. i haven't had a dark dream since.

oh, and sometimes i can feel my physical body in a dream, but it is always just before i enter, or exit a dream. no advice here unfortunately...

When I lucid dream I can feel my physical body. I can feel the eyelids vibrating.(REM may be)

I think this is not pure lucid but another phase associated with it. But a RC initiates this. So It make me believe that I am Lucid dreaming.

Another question. " Can you feel your physical body during WILD ?"
