      Lucid-beginner

      Ok i have read about these lucid dreams and i think i have had some :

      One dream i was in a pool and got knocked out.... i had a false awakining but only to find myself at the bottom of the pool breathing perfectly and screaming and hearing myself fine for my friends to come down to check it out


      i think it may be a dream sign but how do you become lucid in dreams? can some one give me tips or methods on how to become lucid while dreaming

      ( yes i have read the pages/articles on lucid dreaming dream journels ect... )

      To become lucid all you have to do is simply state the following truthfully: " I am dreaming right now!"
      LDs: approx. 51
