You may forget some of the time, but I think it just takes a bit of time to get into the habit of doing it a lot. |

Hey, I know that a big part of attaining a DILD is to RC A LOT! The problem is, i always forget to do it and maybe achieve 4 or 5 in an entire day. Most of the time i try and pinch my nose and try breathing through it as this, to me, would be the most obvious sign of a dream. Can anyone please offer a bit of advice? Thanks |

Hmm, thanks. The only reason I can think might be a problem with the watch may be that i could become reliant on it, making it harder to do an RC in dreams as i wouldn't hear my watch lol, then again I could try it for a few days and then try without, that way i might still remember...thanx ^_^ |

RCs have been of absolutely no use to me. For me, the most useful thing is just to be constantly scrutinizing my surroundings for anything that is out of place. One method I use while conscious, is to keep thinking how I got to where I currently am, whether the timeline is interrupted or flows logically....But if you're not constantly thinking about lucid dreaming, I think it's hard to begin to have lucid dreams. |
