Hey Raz,
Well I guess it would be interesting to hear more about what kind of technique for meditation you use.
I tried meditation for a while and thought the whole point of it was to clear thoughts and try to focus only on yourself - the being. Your form of meditation seems to rely on actually observing the thoughts. Is this correct?
During my meditation I have noticed that at times I would become "lost" or "zone out" - only to be snaped back to thought and awareness. It's possible that I just simply fell asleep in the process. However, it is also possible that i pulled myself into a deep state or trance in which I could not recall what happened, because it would have been a state of complete thought emptyness.
Makes sense? Or did I just make things even more complicated?
