The more I meditate the more I can relate it to becoming lucid in a dream.
Every time toughts of the past, future or you analyse things or situations with more then a gentle nudge in your mind, you brake away from the 'now'.

So what is it that differs from lucid and non lucid?

You could say it's as easy as not knowing your dreaming and knowing.
I would say it's like in meditation. You observe your thoughts. You are aware of them but you dont lett your awarnes follow them.

When I meditate and focus on the now and suddenly relice there are thoughts I was not even aware of following, it can sometimes be so strong a sensation that feels exacly as becoming lucid in a dream.
