      question about WBTB

      when you WBTB are you supose to be awake for about 30 minutes before you try sleeping again or do you go to sleep as soon you turn of the alarm that woke you up?

      It is suggested to get up, and get the mind stimulated. Do a crossword or eat some chocolate, which is said to increase brain activity, and then go back to sleep.

      It doesn't matter how long you stay up for, just make sure your brain has been stimulated SOME, not to much or you will have trouble falling asleep. As you fall asleep say "I lucid dream every night"
