Napping a quick way to Lucid?

A few hours ago I lay down for a nap. Only a few minutes passed and I was in one of the most vivid Lucid dreams I have ever encountered. I could not believe myself; I had to do a number of Reality Checks to reassure myself that I was dreaming.

I don’t know if this has anything to do with the fact that I did not want to become Lucid or the fact that I wanted to have a quick sleep before I went out. This probably has something to do with WILD’s and the fact that I didn’t actually want much sleep, if any.
