Yeah, It's widely accepted that short naps are a good way to acheive lucidity. I think it has something to do with your body not completely shutting down, thus giving you more awareness than if you'd actually dove into full, consciousless sleep. |

Agreed, this is a technique which I used often. Why wait for night time to dream? I say we head straight for it any way we can. |

On that note, I have a problem with napping. It seems that whenever I lay down to have a nap I cannot fall asleep. Even if I'm tired I can't nap mid-day. Is there anything that could help? Thanks. |

I get the same problem. Even when I'm tired it takes some time to get to sleep in a nap...but only when I try to nap in bed...hmmm. |
