To test this, you need a day where you can sleep in and have free time all day because you will probably sleep in later than usual if you try this.
If I sleep in, when I'm waking up that's the bit in the dream where I realise I'm dreaming and go lucid, but it only lasts for three seconds before I wake. I was thinking, if I really tried hard, I could go back in the dream. This morning I tried it, and shouting once, "I AM DREAMING!" made me halfway back in, but then I gave up.
Has anyone tried the yelling-on-the-brink-of-awakeness thing?
