Dear Daviid:

Remember, be nice and try to keep this on topic.[/b]
If you've got something personal to say then PM it to me. (I know I'm not taking my own advice, but I want to reiterate that this thread needs to stay on topic)

I did do research on it but all I could find were things saying that it put you in a dream-like state, nothing about lucidity. I found that one article that I gave a link to but it doesn't say anything more about salvia.

There is a technique for going directly into a dream from being awake. This is by distracting our mind by counting and going past the hypnogacic Images. I was shown that this is not required if one can achieve a certain state of awareness by learning to let go without drifting off to sleep. A usual characteristic of Sally is a lucid dream like state of consciousness. She showed me that this is why. [/b]

I went to sleep immediately and I felt myself while asleep have a change in consciousness. Note, this was AFTER I had fell asleep. I feel like it was the last of the Salvia wearing off and it kinda jarred my consciousness for a second.[/b]

Now, this whole week my sleep has been difficult to emerge from. My friend who smoked with me from the tobacco pipe claims to have felt rather hazey the next day, and from my experiences with him I feel he is VERY in tune with his body. I didn't feel hazy or not right, but I had such difficulties emerging from sleep, my dreaming was very active into the later parts of my sleep. This is normal for me, but I can also normally emerge to greet the day. [/b]
and

The dreams I had weren't amazing, in fact now that the effects seem worn off (two-three days later) my normal dreaming is better than I remember. Just be warned that Salvia may mess with sleep in heavy dreamers, like myself. [/b]
