      Concerns about B6

I see that taking 200 mg B6 a day is a commonly recomended dosage for helping with LD. But that's 100x the recomended dosage of 2mg a day. Is that safe?

200 mg is a good dose to induce LDs but not every day. Taking such high amounts daily for a long time (a few months I think) can cause nerve damage. So you should take pauses or only take it on the weekends.

i advise no drugs, vitamins, minerals, foods, etc., until you can already lucid dream without them. there's absolutely no shortcut...of any kind. these things may be useful to aid your already successful dreaming, but otherwise it will invariably lead to disappointment.
