I got my Tea leaves in yesterday so did some minimal testing. Although it didnt produce a lucid I had some vivid dreams. Also, after I drank the tea, I did a mind machine session around the Delta levels while feeling the affects of the Tea. I have to say the visuals were really great and my state of mind was defintely raised to a level of Zen. I was feeling very tranquil after the session. I know light and sound machines have a greater affect but I think they work well together.
