I'll tell you what, I've had this TEA probably 4 times. But for some reason last night, the shi+ wouldnt let me sleep. I was pretty pissed about it. I don't think I used more than 3 grams but possibly 4. I dont know how much more testing I'm going to do with this stuff. It maybe better for afternoon naps when there is no pressure to sleep. I think I've had just as good results with one B6 a night.
P.S. Although I say this and I did have a lucid this morning but I was using the audio file to trigger as well.
