      Hemi-sync downloads?

does anybody by chance have the Hemi-Sync Lucid Dreaming Series that they can send me? I would like to see if those work.

The evening hangs beneath the moon, a silver thread on darkened dune.
With closing eyes and resting head; I know that sleep is coming soon.

Upon my pillow, safe in bed,
A thousand pictures fill my head,

      I cannot sleep , my mids aflight;
and yet my limbs seems made of lead.

I'm interested too. How about just posting them so everyone can download them?

Just IMO. You may want to consider the Holisync series.
The Hemi-sync series did very little if anything for me.

It may also depend on the individual. I also can't recommend the holosync series from my own experience. But I have read from every source that it is a more advance series.

Either way, good luck to you with that!

I'm not completly sure about everything about that "Holosync meditation program" but... it's one of those programs that works with binaural sounds?

I've been playing with the binaural sounds and I couldn't get anything. Maybe I fall asleep after the sounds ended (I can't sleep with headphones into my ears!) so it didn't work. Well, I'm always talking about BrainWave Generator software but they may work with the same idea.

      A file sharing program?

If that's really what helps you, then go with something more well known, like Limewire or Kazaa.

I think you could try BrainWave Generator, it works with binaural sounds and it's supossed to be the same idea that the Holosync --> binaural sounds at the brain frequency it works when is meditating to help you to put your brain synchronized.

The program is easy to understand and to work with, if you need help PM me, but only seeing it you will understand everything It's not freeware but you could see how it works with the presets it includes, if you like it you can ask me for more of them.

For a free program to make binaural beats, there is SbaGenhttp://uazu.net/sbagen/, the only problem if any, the program is a bit confusing. At first at takes a while to get started. I have around a year's experience with the program if you have any questions just pm me.

I have been listening to a lot of binaural beats and whenever I listen to them four times a day for a week or more, I start to here that beating humming when I am not listening to them, even when there is other sounds. Does anybody get that way? If I stop it eventually goes away, and it is becoming annoying. I will think my CD player is on throughout the day and I have to keep checking it just to make sure.

I have just downloaded the SbaGen program. Yeah man, it looks confusing I found hard to find the instructions, they are ina plain-text file called SbaGen. I'll have to take a more deeper look but it looks pretty interesting.

Is there any site where people share their presets? Oh, and, there isn't any front-end more user-friendly that let you make the presets? I'm not complaining about it, I like text apps (I love Linux) but sometimes you maybe want something easier I'll make some presets this afternoon, once I know how does it works exactly

I think you can make them with Cooledit, and BWGen as well maybe.

There are many BWGen presets here.

Well, I knew that site, I was asking about sites to find presets of SbaGen, but anyway, thanks for helping Jess

Oh, I didn't thought about using an audio program to mix the sounds and some music (other sounds) That could be useful if you wan to make different songs to hear them with a non-stop binaural sound, I always used "plain" sound (I really doesn't matter only hearing that) because I had to separate the preset if I wanted different sound tracks. I think I'll give a chance to music, hehe (Thanks for this too, Jess)

Hey it'd be better to use Soulseek, it's faster and much safer than Limewire and Kazaa now, too many virus/trojans/ads/etc.
I find alot of Brainwave Voyage, Hemi-Sync stuff on there I might've seen Holosync on the list before but I thought it was a band name for some reason.

I recommend Holosync, but it is INCREDIBLY expensive.

I hated having to pay for it. You could get it for free, but THE thing is, that would make you a PIRATE and you'd struggle to keep the authorities at BAY.

I did the hemisync one for months and months and never got any progress at all with it.

Might give the Holisync a go though.
