Wow, is this real, is this even happening? Third lucid as of June 9. What did I do? Self-suggestion, it worked like a charm. Before I went to bed I had Tang orange juice and a bar of chocolate. When I got in bed I said to myself, "I am going to notice I'm dreaming." 3 times and then I fell asleep. |

The probable reason you had a LD is because of the chocolate, which contains caffeine and theobromine. Many people report LDs after ingesting chocolate or chocolate milk. |
