      Having some trouble- any tips?

I tend to have trouble getting to sleep and keeping relaxed during FILDs and WILDs. The tinniest noise or distraction can keep me up for hours. Do you guys have any tips for getting relaxed and staying sleepy for WBTB sessions? I've had several times where my alarm will wake me up and I'll be so awake I can't get back to sleep!

I suppose the upside to this is, when I do have an LD, it's extremely long and vivid, and I'm usually very aware and in control.

Perhaps it is a habit that can be changed? Instead of allowing yourself to be annoyed try just ignoring it. You never know. It may be worth a try.

I have noisy landlords living upstairs so I bought a white noise generator from ebay. I paid around $30. I find it's better than a fan - Blocks out all noise
