i have tried again and again not 1 lucid. i remember my dreams pretty well... still not 1 lucid.
I just wanted to reply on the header; you can get any where from 4-6 hours of sleep.
Some recommend staying up anywhere from 5, 10, 15 up to 60 minutes. I think it all depends on the individual.
