      Keep losing consciousness.

      Hey,

While trying to do WILD (for a few weeks now) I keep concentrating on breating, doing what I am supposed to do and then waking up in the morning.

Did I lucid dream and forget it? Did I slip into a non-lucid dream? Did I not have any dream?

      How do I stay awake?

do you normally sleep all night through without waking up and remembering dreams? if so, thats a very natural sleep!

If youre finding yourself sleeping all the way through, why not first try some WBTBs?? Also, do you need an alarm to wake you up when you need to get up early, or have you been able to sorta..wake up on time? Before the alarm rings?

If you have woken yourself up before the alarm has rung, you can wake yourself up in the middle of the night for a WBTB. Just think to yourself that waking up in the middle of the night is as important as waking up in the early morning. This way you dont have to worry about an alarm that might disturb your family.

Before I didn't remember any dreams.. recently I'm starting to remember them. They're very counter-intuitive. For instance, I watched the show ReBoot for about 2 hours or so that day, was thinking of that all the time, and had a dream about something completely different.

      My usual routine is:
      Try to WILD.
Fall asleep, not remember where I was when I failed at the WILD.
      Wake up at 5:30.
      Try wil again.
      Fail again.
