I like the MILD and WBTB methods, and they're good for beginners. MILDing doesn't require previous entries in your DJ as I understand it. Also, you should check out the Quick Start tutorial, which contains good info to get things started. |

The easiest method of inducing an LD?
I've been reading about WILDS, and it looks good, but I also read that it's really hard. I think MILDS kind of require you to already have entries in a DJ. So, what would be easiest for an inexperienced newbie like myself?

MILD, good RCs (see my tutorial here.), and keep a DJ are sure ways to start LDing as a beginner if you ask me.

Do RCs frequently and do the WBTB method. That's what gave me my first lucid dream

WBTB and MILD work great together. They're also very simple, and quite successful, especially good for beginners.
