I like the MILD and WBTB methods, and they're good for beginners. MILDing doesn't require previous entries in your DJ as I understand it. Also, you should check out the Quick Start tutorial, which contains good info to get things started. |

I've been reading about WILDS, and it looks good, but I also read that it's really hard. I think MILDS kind of require you to already have entries in a DJ. So, what would be easiest for an inexperienced newbie like myself? |

MILD, good RCs (see my tutorial here.), and keep a DJ are sure ways to start LDing as a beginner if you ask me. |

Do RCs frequently and do the WBTB method. That's what gave me my first lucid dream |

WBTB and MILD work great together. They're also very simple, and quite successful, especially good for beginners. |
