Perhaps if you repeat "When the music stops, I will realize I am dreaming." before you go to sleep with your music playing. You just may enter a lucid. |

read - method, maybe...?
Every night before I lay down to goto sleep, i start the same CD, and just let it play, i'm usually asleep before it ends. I'm not sure, but I think this may add some sort of stabability to the way you enter your dreams, maybe? Or something along those lines...Comments?
