Chocolate has caffeine, but not as much as say, Mountain Dew or other caffeinated drinks, so it'd be harder to harvest caffeine from cocoa. Caffeine is better for some techniques of LDing than others. I prefer the WILDing, so the caffeine will keep my mind focused, but my body is used to it and will still fall asleep. I haven't heard anything about how caffeine's affect on weight like alchohol, its more of a brain/heart/urinary affecting chemical. As far as it affecting vividness, control, and such, I haven't really seen a difference. Its all about experiment, so grab a soda of your own and try stuff! |
