After awhile of just relaxing for probably atleast 20 minutes, my body feels numb then it goes into some kind of weird state. I start breathing faster/harder (not on my freewill) and my eyes make quick movements under the eyelids (fluttering i guess could describe it) the eye movements are constant then I just relax again and go back to normal... What is this?

I like it because it shows me that I am getting somewhere as opposed to sitting there and waiting for nothing.

Needless to say after that happened I lyed there a long time with nothing happening so I just gave up and went to sleep.
