ok i went out and got some 200mg's for like 6.99$ yesterday, along with some 1 mg melotonin.... Last night was pure HELL. I was soo fuckin awake it is not even funny. I kinda messed up big time though. I thought i was going to beable to get to bed earlier, so i popped the melotonin. After that i get a call from a freind that wants to go to denny's. (For those out of state or out of country, that is a resturaunt.) We go there, and i have a few cups of coffee, and some dessert. It counteracted the melotonin, which i had hoped. Now i was back at square one..... so i thought. I get home, and pop the b6 200mg's, then another 1 mg melotonin. I lay down. At first it felt like anticipation was keeping me up, but i soon realised, along with the awsomely intense HI, that i needed more melotonin. I took one more, and then went back to bed. By this time it had been half an hour to 45 minutes after i took the b6... that was far too long i found out for the melotonin to do anything aganst it. From about 1am, to 3am i lay there sleep doesnt find me. I feel drowsy as all hell, but i just cannot get to sleep. I finally dose off for what only seemed like seconds, i came to find out it was 4am.
Frustrated, i get up, walk outside and smoke a cigarette. My heart was beating insanely fast for some reason, i felt a dull feeling in my head which i felt 10-15 minutes after the b6, along with the body relaxation and drowsiness from the melotonin. I get done with my cigarette and lay back down. It was 4:30am. I dose off for alittle while for what yet again seemed like seconds, and i wake up and its 11:40am.
So i guess my question is, besides the not listening when people said to sleep for 4-6 hrs, then wake up and take the two, what the hell did i do wrong? Too much b6? Im thinking of cutting the pill in half or mabye even in quarters for friday... or would the 200mgs be fine with more melotonin?
