Throughout my life I have always woken up "halfway" and done things while I was out of bed. Its kinda hard to explain, but lets just say that I'll wake up, think I'm with somebody, and end up realizing that no ones there. Also things like I was on the floor in my room (eyes open), but I still was dreaming. One more example is when I was trying to get to the bathroom, but I was dreaming about being stuck behind a wall. I finnaly realized I was in my room. I could go on and on with things like this, but I hope you get the idea.

Does anyone think that this could be used as an advantage?

I also sleep walk and sleep talk, almost every night I've heard. Is there any advantages to this either?

Just wondering.

p.s. I'd like to know if anyone else experiences this.

BTW- I get this between 5-10 times a month.
