I've been reading on these forums that a lot of people are not getting the results they want from the vitamin. It may be partly due to the fact that b6 cannot fully be absorbed without the help of the other b vitamins (b1,2,12,etc.) If you are having trouble with this b6 fad then go out and get a bottle of vitamin b complex (which has all the b's). This will help the absorbtion and will get more b6 into your system. Another hint is to stay away from calcium. Dont get rid of it totally, but calcium actually absorbes the b vitamins, thus "neutralizing" them. Try this, and if you get results, either good or bad, post it on this thread. Another helpful hint from hominus. |

Is B6 supposed to help dream vividness or something? |

hmm looks like i've been doing it wrong. I've been drinking a lot of milk before bed just to see if it affects the way I dream. |

Maybe we can look at this in a different way maybe due to the fact if you take b6 you believe you have more chance lucid dreaming, so due to this suggestion that is will make dreaming easier makes you think you can more than without like a psychological thing. |

You are talking about the placebo effect Sostyles, but b6 has been proven not to be placebo |

What's a good dose to take? I've tried 100 mg but nothing happened. |

I used b6 last night and I didn't get any results. B6 doesn't seem like it works that well. One time when I used it and kept waking up during the night in half-dream states. |

I've been reading some posts that mention b6. People have been saying "I took it last night, but i didnt get results". Thats probably due to the fact that your body needs to get used to it. You kind of have to build up a metaphorical "tolerance". In other words you have build it up in your body first. Ive had great results. Just keep with it and post your results. Peace crackaz. |

From what I understand vitaman B which includes actually a group of eight vitamins, which include thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), pyridoxine (B6), folic acid (B9), cyanocobalamin (B12), pantothenic acid and biotin. |

I've been taking B6 for about a week now and I only have seen positive effects. I take about 100mg, 30 min before bedtime and my dreams have become more vivid and alive, specially the past three days. I have not yet experienced a LD caused by increased vividness but I'm sure I'll get there. |
