intro: i have
-read MUCH on lucid dreaming, have mainly tried MILD and WILD.
-attempted to have a lucid dream about 100 times over about a year and a half.
-never had a lucid dream with actual mental clarity
-never had sleep paralysis
although i have been trying to LD for a long time, only about for the 2 months have
i been trying every night and doing more "serious" attemps.. the past two months make
up the majority of LD attempts
ive been trying WBTB with WILD by drinking a good deal of water before i go to bed.
i woke up about 4 hours later... its the only reliable WBTB method ive found. telling myself
i will wake up sure hasnt worked, and i tried an iPod music alarm but the earbuds fall out of my ears. (i dont
want to use a audible alarm)
is this a good method? has it worked for you?

i REALLY want to have a LD... it almost seems im incapable. :(
