      Fortified cereals, beans, meat, poultry, fish, and some fruits and vegetables. Most multi-vitamins will contain 2mg which is 100% daily value. You can also buy Vitamin B6 supplements that have 100mg (5,000% daily value) -- but don't take those more than twice a week, they can cause neurological damage.

      is recall a big part of lding?

      I take multi-vitamins every morning, which has a small amount of B6 in it, I doubt that affects my dreams at night though. The big thing I use is dark chocolate, this has given me a vivid lucid dream

      And yes, recall is a huge part of LDing. You should try to keep a journal every night of your dreams.
