Take a good look at my signature. Then take a good look at my join date. Something seems wrong right? "No non lucid natural could have that many DILDs since staring to lucid dream, right?"

Well, here's why. It's because I'm simply better than you. You are a worthless piece of crap. You're worth nothing, everyone hates you, in fact you have no future. You will never be worth anything, in fact there is no reason you should be alive.

Well, I hope that got up your motivation, because that's all you really need for DILD's. Now here's a few steps to getting LOTS OF DILDS OMG.

1. Motivation.
a)First of all, your motivation should of been pretty strong to have a lucid dream after I called you useless and hated in the bolded text. You want to get back at me for the agonizing pain I just spit at you. You want to surpass my amount of lucid dreams and fast.
b)Second, imagine what a good lucid dream is like. This is easy if you've had one already, but if you haven't, just follow it along these guidelines. Read the rest of this point B, so you can remember it. Close your eyes, and imagine a vast green plain. Pretty boring right. Now imagine a roller coaster in the middle. No lines, no fee. Ride all you want. Looking pretty good. Now imagine an all out war where you can fight with adrenaline, dodging, and air in your face, without actually risking dying. Except, if you die, you wake up from your lucid Now, imagine a teleporter. It will take you anywhere you want, you can do whatever you ever wanted do to. No reprucussions, no fees, no problems! If this does doesn't motivate you, I don't know what will!

2. Willpower.
You don't get money for nothing, why should lucid dreaming be the different. The motivation given above should be great for your willpower. Willpower isn't everything, but if you want to have a lucid dream insanely bad, you probably will have one. Write in your dream journal, get a decent amount of sleep, lay off drugs like pot and marajuna (this doesn't apply to me and call me anti-drug but I hope this doesn't apply to you), and imagine the ideal lucid dream.

3. Thinking
a)Now, you're going to need to be thinking about lucid dreaming a lot during the day. This is easy for me since it's one of my two obsessions (the other being South Park). I mean, don't let it interfere with school or work or anything, but if during the evening, morning, or free time you find yourself thinking about dreaming, lucid dreaming, or even thinking, let the thoughts come. Another way to think a lot about lucid dreaming is to go on dreamviews a lot. Don't overdue it like I do.... but try and come on if you feel like it. If you're still reading this post then I'm guessing you're doing a pretty good job! Also, try going onto dreamviews and reading some dream related posts before bed. About reality checks, don't worry too much about reaching the reccomended minimum of 22 RC's a day. I do like 2 a day lol. Finally, before going to bed (or while falling asleep, my mind needs to wander so it's impossible for me to do it anyways, but if you can, go ahead) imagine what a good lucid dream will be like, go over a little lucid dreaming information in your head, and create a short list of what you would like to do in your lucid dream.
b)During the day, you're not really in control of your thoughts. Your mind wanders depending on your events. Usually, when I think of something such as thinking, I will link it to lucid dreaming and thinking about realizing I'm thinking. Complicated lol. So, during the day, if you realize "hey I'm thinking," tell yourself "Cool, I'm thinking, I can think of anything I want know. I'm not a slave of my mind anymore" and try to maintain it for as long as possible, unless you have like a math test. My theory is that if you realize you're thinking then in your dreams you have a higher chance of stopping being unaware in your dreams and not recongnizing dreamsigns or irregular things.

4. Wake yourself up after 5 hours of sleep.
I do this every night. It's not a WBTB, because I don't stay up or read about lucid dreaming, I would normally just go back to sleep, after thinking. You should wake yourself up with phonelai's lucid remix mp3 file. That way, either you wake up slowly, or hopefully it will come through to your dreams and you'll become lucid (hasn't happened to me though, I'm too light of a sleeper to sleep through it loud enough to come into my dreams). When you get up, try and recall any dreams you've had. My recall isn't that good, but usually I'll remember maybe 1 or 2 vauge details at this point. Don't be upset that you probably won't have a lucid at this point. I've only had like 4 lucids before reaching 5 hours of sleep, because you are much deeper into sleep. No, think to yourself, that when you fall asleep, you are going to be entering into the time where it is time to LUCID DREAM YAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAAYAYAYAYAYAY. Remind yourself the short list that you have made, try and control your thoughts for maybe a minute, then try and fall back asleep (any way you want). You should be really tired, it should be easy as pie.

5. DON'T GET DISCOURAGED.
If you don't have a lucid dream the first night after reading this, don't be sad. I mean, you probably don't have lucid dreams every night (only naturals and super wilders/vilders/filders/milders get those) and just because you read some stupid post by some crackpot over the internet (WHO HAS A HIGHER LUCID COUNT THEN YOU, MOTIVATION BABY) doesn't mean you'll have one right away. My first night of trying lucid dreaming, I didn't even remember a singly dream. I wasn't too discouraged, because I had a pretty crappy dream recall before starting anyways (4 a month). The next night I recalled a lucid dream (which I didn't wake up from immedietly like most other users) and a non lucid dream! (NANANANANANAANANAN MOTIVATION WOHOO).

IF YOU'RE LUCIDLESS AFTER 3 WEEKS.
a)Wake up after 3 hours of sleep, and try a technique you know you can't do like VILD or FILD. You'll be so tired, you'll start the tecnniques, have your mind wander, and fall asleep instantly. Chances are, you'll have lucid dreaming on your mind when you fall asleep, greatly helping your chances of having a DILD (in my experience).
b)Try the non-induction technique!
