I've been doing it still for the past 4-5 days and also have been taking 25 mg of B-6 before bed... Ive had one lucid in that time, but there have been so many vivid dreams I'm actually starting to loose track of dream and reality, This is the first I've tried B-6..... It seems to do the trick in making dreams more lifelike.... which also works well with the "check as soon as you realize you are anywhere but lying in bed", method I described.
BTW My friend, who hardly recalled any dreams at all, had his first lucid a few days ago. He thinks it was because he was listening to me talk about my method to someone else....
