Hi there. |

Stick with DILD for now. You've already had 2 successes with it. Practice reality checks and keen awareness of your surroundings continuously throughout the day. Continuously. You will become lucid more often. MILD/autosuggestion is all well and good, but if aren't reality checking during the day, you won't reality check at night. Period. |

If it's WILD you're after, I've had success with this tutorial |

Heh, I finally read that monster all the way through! |

if you keep trying and never get up you will have one |

"The universe doesnt exist without life to understand it..."
well what usually seems to happen is as im counting, I go in a cycle of counting, losing my place, and ounting again. I suppose I need to stay up a bit longer, or just concentrate more. |

FILD has worked 2 out of 3 times for me, so far...actually, it's really cool when it does work, because you don't think you're dreaming. The first time I did it, I felt this tingliness come over my body immediately so I knew it had worked, but the second time I did it and was sure I was still awake. I did the reality check and bam! Asleep...weird. |

You want to wake up and lay there quietly for a little bit. The trick is to not wake yourself up too much, but not fall back asleep right away. If you wake up and go to the bathroom or think too hard, you won't be able to do it. You just need to find an amount of time until you think you're probably about to fall asleep. Then you do the finger movements and think that in about 10-30 seconds you'll do a RC. |
