      Sorry but I tried a search but I havn't found anything. Do you just go to sleep in the middle of the day and you will have a LD? Can someone explain some steps or put a link to a usefull tutorial

      There is no such thing as a "Nap Induced Lucid Dream." The same rules and techniques apply as when you're sleeping at night. The only difference is that you're sleeping during the day.

      Now, many people have reported that they are more likely to become lucid during a nap than during their nighttime sleep. This is because during daytime sleep we are generally more "alert" than during nighttime sleep. We also spend a greater percentage of nap time in the REM phase of sleep. However, napping itself isn't a "technique" per se, and if you're trying to purposefully induce a lucid dream during a nap, you should still probably utilize a technique such as MILD, WILD, etc.

      yeah i heard the REM sleep thing too. thats why people do wilds during naps. i cant fall asleep during the day though so naps dont work for me lol

      Thank you, that clears a lot up. It was starting to get pretty annoying with everyone talking about NILDing and no one saying what it is, lol.
