itching

Whenever I am doing an induction technique or meditating and I am lying style, I get an itch somewhere on my body and if I move it seems to mess everything up. What am I supposed to do now?!

Iget the samething when Im trying WILD or second part of a MILD I always get an itch somewhere that cuts into my concentration.. Oi.

I had that last night.... I managed to resist though. You could try telling yourself that it isn't itchy, you're only imagining it's itchy; that's sort of what I did.

I resist, but it is hard..very hard.I just concentrate on something else and while it still remains in the back of my head, it eventually goes away.

If you can ignore it, do so, it will pass...if you can't and it will prevent you from further concentration, itch that stuff.

If a Mousqito bites me I just tighten my muscles around it, it wont be able to pull out and it'll fill with too much blood and pop

Bugs suck! Lets get over it, more on the topic, just block out the itch. Mind over matter. Practice it in real life. If you feel pain, try to block it out. If something itches, think to yourself... its not itchy.
