About last weekend I woke up and tierd to go back to sleep, but I thought as long as I was going back to bed I might as well have a lucid dream. The thing is I didn't do WBTB or WILD I just got an image of looking at a eye. In the eye there was the dream and all I did was just go throught it. During this whole thing I could hear everything that was happening in the house, but I just keeped that out of my mind and went to sleep. The Lucid Dream it self was really vivid, but for some reason I could look out windows (which suck while drive a SUV)

Is there anyone who knows what I did so that I can do it again, because I think I just got lucky .

Lucky? That's a kind of curious approach to the matter. Where would you feel more safe than in you own bed?
      I'm tired being sorry.

Yeah I totally agree. The bathroom rules. If I need to cool down from strong emotions I lock myself up in the bathroom, put on the HOT water, let it stream and I'll meditate there while smoking a couple of joints.
      No windows, no people...just peace.

I might try sleeping in the bathroom one night to see how it affects my dreams and sleep

PS: what you did seemed like a sort of Visual Attention Focussing technique that has led you to have a WBTB-style WILD. Good work

I guess when you focused your attention on the eye, you were much more able to remain conscious while falling asleep. I'm gunna try it too since I loooove Eyes too.

not to overestimate the Value of our Concrete Knowledge;"Common sense"/Rationality,
for doing so would make us Blind for the unimaginable, unparalleled Capacity of and Wisdom contained within our Felt Knowledge;Subconscious Intuition.
