He didn't jump off a building, He jumped Vertically in the air about 3 stories up. This was an amazing RC if you ask me. Considering that you did multiple RC's let's is a good way of acknowledging the fact that you were dreaming. You were completely Lucid. That is a good RC for you I would hold on to that. You know in reality it's physically impossible to jump 3 stories in the air so make that your awareness tool. You will capture it everytime.
