I had read about it in the online course you can take. So I started drifting off to sleep, and I noticed some of the patterns starting in my vision, then my body started tingling all over, and I became paralyzed. Next I noticed a buzzing in my ears, and it sounded like a jet engine. I started to become frightened because I felt like I was being sucked into something, but I relaxed and just let it flow, but unfortunately I lost it after that.

Now every time I start noticing my hypnogogic effects my heart starts racing and what I do start feel fades away, I guess I get too anxious, even though I am breathing, and trying to let it flow. Can anyone give me some advice?
I am a man. I have nothing to show off. I am just a person withnothingexcept for what I would like to show off, which is nothing.

Yes. Just try to relax.

I don't have any idea what I'm saying will work or not, but just don't think about it... but still watch it. Become a detached spectator.

I've had these Hypnagogic sates too some times when trying to WILD. I witnessed very intense falling sensations/vibrations and a couple of very realistic Visual Hallucinations while I was still half Conscious: Conscious enough to remember. On all occasions I lost Consciousness too shortly afterwards but I am getting closer and closer.

A litle advice where to go from here would be helpfull though.
