Whenever I try to attempt a WILD, my muscles start tensing up and pulling in towards my body, making it hard for me to stay still. Also, many of my muscles will go through spasms one at a time. Is this normal and is there any way I can stop it?

As waves of plastic fame go out of fashion, You're going out (going out) forever unknown. These waves of plastic fame go out of fashion, You're going out (going out) forever unknown.

From above a rain of ashes descends anathema. I will remain, forever will remain. From below, in my seclusion, look up to the sky to see See paper wings and watch them burn.

Yeah I usually feel like I'm going to enter the SP stage and then realize that my muscles are all really tight. (I don't have the twitches though) So then I have to concentrate on relaxing them.

I have that too all the time. I think the only thing that might help is a proper relaxation technique.
If I take the time to really relax my whole body, bit by bit (it takes a few minutes) I'm always half way to where your body starts to feel 'numb' when you're done.
Lucid dreams = stopped counting them
