Activity Induced Lucid Dream

      1) Watch T.V., Play a Game, or do anything thing for about a half an hour before bed. while doing this perform several Rc.

      2) Become completely relxed and lay in bed. To do this, you must be relaxed, calm, and carless of the waking world.

      3) Focus on what you just did and as you fall to sleep performing some of your favorite reality checks.

      4) pay attention to the Hypnagogic Imagery until you find your self about to fall asleep. Imediatly awaken your self, turn on a light if its off, and think that you are dreaming and what the enviroment looks like. Pretend this is what will happen in your Dream; Picture yourself doing it.

      5) Do a reality check, read some text twice, or do anything that will trigger if you are dreaming or not.

      6) As you daze off to sleep keep your mind on what you want do in your Lucid Dream and what you did for a half an hour (this may happen in your dream).

      7) Here is the most important step: STAY AWARE. Be aware that the next thing you see hear or feal may be a dream. Try keeping your mind going for a couple of minutes after you fall asleep thinking the next thing you see or hear may be a dream

You can do this at the beggining of the night or 4-5 hours of sleep.

Sounds good. But how can you 'stare' at HI?

Have you had any nice results with this technique?

Aha. You guys are brilliant. You didn't answer my question, maybe I was a bit vague. But what I meant was "how can you 'stare' at HI" as in, how - because it's hard to stare, or even look at HI. Whenever I notice it - it usually disappears immediately.

Can you look at HI? I can on rare occasions, but I'm only asking because it's part of the Dhanyt method.

Well, sometimes it takes a while. You will start see little flashes and things and then after a while they will morph into bigger thungs you'll know when you see it.

Good, but it will cause a short REM period, so the best thing to do is WBTB with WILD. Do it right and it works
