Hi. For the past 3 days I had no lucids! It's horrible!

On Sunday night/Monday morning, I turned off my alarm because I woke up too early.

On Monday night/Tuesday morning, I turned off the alarm because I woke up too early, again.

On Tuesday night/today's morning, I woke up early but did not turn off the alarm. When the alarm went off, I did not even get out of bed. I failed to have an LD.

How can I get myself to get out of bed?

who cares if you got up early? more time for an ld! i say just go with it and do your technique from there. if you're waking up naturaly at that time then its probably a good time to wake up anyway

Three days! how terrible! I haven't had anything even close to an ld in the past month and a half, and there are many other people who haven't had one for even longer. Eggbert for example has been trying for over a year and still hasn't had his first LD, atleast I think it was that long.
When you say that you turned off your alarm, do you mean that it woke you up, or you woke up naturally and felt that you should turn it off?
If the alarm woke you up, you should've tried to WILD, FILD, etc. and if you woke up naturally, should have definately WILD,FILD,etc.
I don't use the alarm at all though; autosuggestion is the best way to go. You wake up between your REM periods and you don't feel like shit. Plus, you don't have to guess when you should wake up, and accidentally cut off your dreams prematurely.

Get a stool, or something about as high as your bed, put it just out of arms reach of yourself, and put the alarm clock on it.
Make it so you have to get out of bed to turn off your alarm.

Yes, I have DST. Could be the problem. Next time I'll try the other part of what you said.

Lol. A month is a long time...

On the first two days, I woke up too early and turned it off. Yesterday and today the alarm woke me but I went back to sleep. I'll try FILD or WILD later, but MILD/WBTB seems to work the best for me, having a near-100% success rate when I do it properly (wak up, etc.)

Holy shit Batman, 3 days? I'm seriously starting to think you're losing your ability to LD! I don't think you'll ever get an LD again! :/

Just make the alarm as loud as possible and tune it on nothing, so that is make that "bzzrxzra sratczhzh" sound. That will definitely get you up

I got my cell phone (alarm) in the middle of my room laying on the floor. I hate that sound. It's 2nd worst sound ever. It make me get up of bed fast as possible to turn it off.

I have it worst. Alarms don't work at all for me. I either sleep through 'em or I wake up, turn the alarm off and return to sleep while not in consious control of my mind or body.
