2 night ago I decided to try WILDing using the counting and breathing technique. I woke up at 4am, stayed awake until 4:15, and then went into the technique. I would say the number is my head on the breath in, and say "I am dreaming" on the breath out. I laid on my back, hand and legs isolated. Around 70 count, I had some HI with alot of swirling colors. When I got to about 105, I suddenly felt all tingly and I felt like I was floating. It felt so weird and hit me very quickly. I knew I was transitioning into the dream world. My concentration on my counting and breathing multiplied. When I hit 147, I opened my eyes because I was feeling a little too weird. It's hard to explain the feeling but I felt like I was being pulled in two different directions at once. What is the next stage of WILDing that comes after the tingling and floating? I might have been too excited to get into the next phase. When I start floating should I do something different than counting and breathing?
