I tried WILD again last night. I got further than I usually do; I could hear sounds and feel vibrations, but for the first time I got a really pounding headache that made me stop. It was like there was something sitting on my head.

Has anyone ever had this before, and what could it be caused by?

i have felt the vibrations and heard sounds numerous times but i have never had a pounding headache. Maybe you should set your pillow up more so the blood does not rush to your head.

      Fake pain? Interesting concept, thanks.

I get fake pains as well when i try to wild while sitting up in my chair. Its a left side of the head pain around the temple, as soon as I open my eyes and the lead feeling leaves my arms, the headache is gone like i've never had it. It sucks but its the way it is.
