      So anyone have any luck with this? ive been trying but every time my alarm fails to wake me up. im going to think about lucid dream goals when i try this.


      So when you do this do you experiance SP and all that stuff? or do you just feel a tingle do a reality check and your in a dream?

      Trying timing your alarm slightly differently. When I tried WILDing once (the only time I actually tried ) I set the alarm for 4:30, and woke up at 4:50. If you are not in a REM period, you're not waking up most likely, so time your alarm for a REM period.

      Same here. Are you saying: "Try to wake up when you are in REM"? Meaning, set the alarm for later?

      Yeah, that's what I am saying. It is easier to wake up right before, after, or during a REM period than in deep sleep. The earlier (less deep) cycles should also work.

      Hmm... another question: Do we ever reach deep sleep states? I thought it only happened under certain conditions...
