I donīt know if itīs been said before, but Iīve noticed that I get LDīs after Iīve been reading in my dream journal. Iīve had 7 LDīs now, and Iīve gotten my last 3 without any technique, just reading my dreamjournal before I go to bed.

Yeah it certainly helps reinforce LDing in your mind if you do it near sleep. It's even more effective in the WBTB hours!

I think I'll try this too! I have a big list of things I do every day to try to induce lucidity! I will become Lucid... Nobody can stop me...

I agree, this is a good technique! Since I started to study my Dream Journal my Dream Recall has Improved 500 percent and my dreams seem Longer, More Vivid, And Cooler Dreams as well. Not yet Lucid but my dreams are where I am more "conscious" in, not yet realizing they are dreams but perhaps you could say I "know" they are dreams though I don't necessarily become lucid.

This should be named DJILD, Dream Journal Induced Lucid Dream.
