      I think pohyphasic sleep would work great for LDing it&#39;d be like doing multipule WBTB&#39;s all day, I&#39;m wondering how you wake up exactly 30 minutes later doesn&#39;t it take people at least 15 minute to fall asleep?

      I hope to try this one day but I don&#39;t think it would work with a job I plan to have, that you work 8 hours a day.

      I am very interested in polyphasic sleep, though school + the fact that I am not done growing stops me from trying it (i&#39;ll do it in college if I can). Anywyas, once you get used to the schedule, from what I&#39;ve read, you don&#39;t have trouble falling asleep because your body is on a perfect schedule, and knows it must fall asleep.

      Also, Good luck Richter, hope it works, though I get a feeling that missing nap between 10 and 3:30 may cause problems do to the fact your schedule is a bit irregular (not exactly every 4 hours), but maybe it won&#39;t, hope you good LDs
