I am very interested in polyphasic sleep, though school + the fact that I am not done growing stops me from trying it (i'll do it in college if I can). Anywyas, once you get used to the schedule, from what I've read, you don't have trouble falling asleep because your body is on a perfect schedule, and knows it must fall asleep.
Also, Good luck Richter, hope it works, though I get a feeling that missing nap between 10 and 3:30 may cause problems do to the fact your schedule is a bit irregular (not exactly every 4 hours), but maybe it won't, hope you good LDs
